Visit https://www.wowhead.com/notifications/settings from the device and remove any notifications you have set up.

Make sure the page says you don't have any notification subscriptions. Delete anything on this page: https://www.wowhead.com/notifications/settings

If you see nothing, but you're getting popups on the device you're using, then it's not from our notification system. You'll want to check your browser settings.
