If you're looking for the socket bonus, then use the gems you listed. Luminous Ametrine for red and Dazzling Eye of Zul for blue

Those are the best two choices if you can't bear to let socket bonuses go, but it'd have to be something pretty good to make up for the int you lose.

If you have decent gear, spellpower comes with it. The lack of spellpower in gems are made up by the fact that you gain spellpower from int.
If you really really dont want to gem for int, by all means. But it's suboptimal.

You may say we "blindly" gem Intellect because we all preach it endlessly. It's (in gameplay) the biggest effect you will see from your gear if you gem for it. Not lying.
Oh, and if you want to avoid Mp5, try
Timeless Eye of Zul
.

Umm... Well avoiding Mp5 is a nice thing for the old holy paladin but... is it really helpful? Stam shouldnt be to helpful cuz u shouldnt be taking much damage and with ur curent armor and stam u can still tank urself on XT adds (i got 3 max >_< horrible tanking that time lol) but a bigger mana pool and 20% more sp from it is good enuf... u dont need to gem for sp... lovely u have a bigger heal but u prob overhealed beyond imagined in the 70%tile of ur own heals and u have less mana to work with now... while ur still pumping out good enuf heals but u can pump out a lot more ;) Moderation at its finest

You should get enough mp5 from your gear. No need to gem for it. Also, your big manapool returns alot from Divine Plea, thus int gives even more mana.. .. and sp .. and crit.. see where im going here?

There are two things you look for when gemming: regen and HPS.
Spellpower, crit and Haste falls into HPS
Crit and MP5 falls into regen
Int does both.

Don't forget to mention that crit does both as well... but crit does both a very very small ammount.. .whereas int does both at a large rate.
