Heritage armor and account transfer

I did the usual Google and forum searches and couldn't find anything specific to this.... for example;
If I leveled a Tauren on Account A and acquired the heritage armor, then transferred said Tauren to a separate Account B, would the heritage armor be available on Account B too? Or just unlocked on Account A?
Anyone come across this situation?

One thing I'm somewhat sure of, Account B would have access, since the Tauren has completed the questline and has thus fulfilled the requirements. Kinda like copying a character to the PTR.
