You don't get Titan's Grip until level 70, so buying 2x
Bloodied Arcanite Reaper
, would be a waste until then. This is why people recommend Arms as the better levelling spec, because you'll get the most out of your 2H weapon for a much longer time. If you still choose to level as Fury, you could get a couple of heirloom 1-handers to last you until you get Titan's Grip (or you could spec into SMF instead, to get the most out of those 1-handers until you hit 80).

i stand corrected, yeah no point in getting 2x reapers if you don't have TG yet, TG can be had at 69....

Now that would only ever be true if you have no heirlooms. If for example all you have is leather agi heirlooms then it's likely xp will be > than non heirloom bonuses. Stats are really very irrelevant or near irrelevant below 85.
Using heirloom weapons are without doubt a complete waste of jp. There is no xp%bonus on them, and you can if you run dungeons usually get better weapons. I was shocked that I began to see better leather items from dungeons below level 80 than the agi leather heirlooms i was wearing on my windwalker.
Usiung leather agi is not going to hurt your fury dps that much, besides if it really does suck, then hit the darkmoon faire and get them that way, probably cheaper and easier than running endless and annoying dungeon over and over.

Using heirloom weapons are without doubt a complete waste of jp.Not really; since if you are Arms or Fury, it's 'hard' to find good low level strength items so why not just drop the JP which you do nothing with to get a Reaper so you can just equip and run.
