About usSoy is a freshly made semi-hardcore 2-day raiding guild that wants to improve, have fun and go for cutting edge every tier. We like to have a chill atmosphere with some banter, but we can be serious when needed. We are a group of raiders with high mythic experience that want to jump straight into mythic and clear it at a consistent pace.
Raid days & TimesWednesday & Sunday 19:30 – 23:00 CEST
What do we expect from our players?- Has a thorough understanding of his/her class/spec(s) and can analyse logs without being asked to.
- Strives to become better every day
- Wants to be part of the guild and not solely in it for him/herself
- Can cope with criticism
- Strives for optimal attendance (90%+), making sure he regulates his hobby’s in such a way it doesn’t interfere with the raid.
- Understands the basic addon requirements for raiding like Exorsus Raid Tools, DBM/Bigwigs …
- No alts required
- Mastering your class. Mage/Hunter/Lock are good examples of classes where we take it for granted that you know all specs.
What you can expect from us?- A raid leader that has in depth knowledge of encounters at first pull.
- Tactical knowledge of and execution to achieve maximum efficiency out of our raiding hours.
- A lot of activity outside of raiding days, we are always prepared to help you in your m+ and other activities.
- A progressive-minded group of raiders that values improvement and a fun environment.
- Vocal raids with plenty of banter.
Trialling- Ask questions if you are unsure about anything
- You’ll be evaluated based on your performance and attitude and get a promotion
or prolonged trial. (usually takes about 2-3 weeks)
Summary of rules- BoE's goes to the guild. Traded to raiders or sold.
- RC Loot council.
- Guild provides vantus runes, health & mana pots (99% of the time).
- No alts means "mandatory" grind on main. Be prepared for new tiers, work to improve not only your gameplay, but also your char.
- Push to talk during raid.
What are we recruiting?Atm we are looking for shaman/monk healer and mage/dh/rogue dps. We have confirmed 2 tanks, 4 healers, and 9 dps. We are considering all applications, even if the role is not listed above. If we do not reply within 5 days, assume the application was declined.
RealmTwisting Nether or realm transfer! Transfer is required to start your trial period. If you have problems transferring, we could always run a Normal/HC - M+ to see if you would be a good fit for us and to give you a feeling of the guild.
