You can. You'll have less survivability than a real tank (no dodge/parry talents, no critical block, no Vitality, no imp. defensive stance, etc etc), less threat (no devastate, no critical block, no damage shield, no vigilance, etc etc), probably even less damage even though you are using a two-hander.
The question whenever you make a non-normal spec is "What does this give me?" The answer in regard to your build is "Bloodthirst healing." That's about it. And the healing you gain from Bloodthirst is going to be a small percentage compared to the directly healing you get from your healers.
So no, I don't think it's a good spec at all.

No, it's not a viable
tanking
spec. If you want to, you can tank with your regular Fury dps build. Your advantage is not having to pay for a double specialization. You don't have any other however, you'll be less resistant than a normal tank, have less avoidance and less threat, especially AoE threat.
So if you don't like the idea of waiting forever for a tank and want to tank yourself even though you're Fury, go ahead provided you got the gear for it; but don't make special fury/prot builds for that, it's pointless because you'll lose on the damage side
and
on the defensive side.
Tell other people you're willing to tank but you're Fury so they should watch their threat and if they do so you'll be fine.

You're a noob for thinking that fury can tank.

Threat, Health and Avoidance/Mitigation are the problems I see with Fury Tanking.
Lets start with Threat. A normal Tank will be using Heroic Strike, Revenge, Shield Slam, and Devastate as their main Threat generating abilities, all but Devastate are available to a Fury Tank. Going into the Arms Tree and picking up
Tactical Mastery
should increase threat by a bit, it may even match that of Devastate. For AoE Threat a Fury Tank would lack Shockwave, a frontal cone AoE on a 20 second CD. Getting Glyph of Cleave and Imp Cleave *should* make up for that.
Health, if you have Titan's Grip, there is no way you will reach
Strength of Arms
or
Vitality
. But, Getting Imp Demo Shout will reduce damage taken by a little but far from the 6% a Prot Tank gets.
Avoidance/Mitigation, a Prot Tank will have
Deflection
,
Anticipation
, and
Toughness
, along with
Shield Specialization
, and
Shield Mastery
. Which equals up to 10% Avoidance (counting Dodge and Parry as one), about 2.4k Armor which I believe is 3.2%, and 5% Block and 30% Block Value. Using my spec below you get 5% Parry and the rest of the talents are for Threat. In Chaosblade's spec, you get 5% Dodge, about 3.2% Damage reduction from armor, 5% Block, and 30% Block Value. In my opinion the only thing lost is the 3.2% Damage reduction from armor.
This
would be the better Fury Tank build.
Perfectly viable to Tank Heroics, possibly even Naxx. With the new gear, a Fury tank would be able to do just fine.

Imp Cleave is thrash talent. Even thrashier if you will be using 2hander. It wont make up for lack of shockwave at all.
