Now Kitty, you come on here and blast me for being dense, which, I am not.
Dear Mike,
I have not blasted anyone. I have stated that "It is
like
you are intentionally being dense."
In other words, I was using a simile to state that your posts have an appearance, or give an impression, that the person posting them is intending to be obtuse.
This is merely an observational commentary on the
content
of your posts, not an attack on the
character or person
of the one posting them. I apologize if my choice of wording did not clearly convey my meaning. I assure you no personal attack was intended.
There has been zero credible research done on this topic.
You have now attacked the credibility of every person who has ever posted on this subject. I doubt you have read every post or article ever written on the subject. I am challenging you to prove objectively that zero credible research has been done on this subject.
I would also be very interested to know how you came to the conclusion that in game running speed does not in fact equal 100% of in game running speed since you seem so certain of it.

I don't need google to teach me logic, sir. My mother and father did a fine job, and I thank them for it.
Logically, I am capable of perceiving that regardless of the unit of measurement (miles, feet, kilometers, pixels, baby fairy wings), when my character is running, she runs at "100%" of her run speed. When she uses her fast mount she moves at "200%" of her running speed, according to the designers of the game.
Since the unit of measurement is an unknown quantity, we can represent it as X. My character's base running speed is "X" per second.
My character's mounted speed is "X multiplied by 2" per second. The unit of measurement is not important, the principle remains the same
I am not sure of your source of confusion, however in regards to adding something constructive I am not sure how "/golfclap" accomplishes that goal.
You have still not provided a source which demonstrates that 100% of my character's running speed does not equal 100% of her running speed.

Thanks for backing me up. :)
I don't think you need to waste your cyberbreath on 'convincing' Bigmike. Anyone else reading this topic will see what's going on here.

Its still a forum, unless it was a blue post on that forum it is still not a source I am going to trust.
Standard units of movement are mute unless you can tell me what that standard unit of movement is. For example if Blizzard told us that the unit is 1m/s we can then say that running is 100% of that unit.
Also, any addon can be written to give you any number it wants to. Telling me that an addon can solve this problem is a slap in the face to yourself and to Blizzard.
But to say running is 100% doesn't hold up unless we know what it is "100 per 100 is all of it.
<--- Knows what % means, don't treat me like a moron...
Well sorry but every post I looked up said the same thing (started out the same way you feel on some but ended up going towards the other idea), I went through over a dozen pages looking up the "crusader aura" and didn't see a blue post, but if you wanna dig more than me go ahead, there probably is one, or post the question asking for a blue to respond, I don't want to cause honestly, I don't have a paly and don't care...
