And since you're asking for opinions, if I didn't already know you and I read that sig, I'd form a negative opinion about you. Not because you claim to suck at English, but because the sig suggests that you're almost proud of that fact, and are preemptively hostile about it, before it has even been addressed.

I never use them. I also don't call them "hashtags", because that sounds like it's trying to be hip. The stupid thing is a pound sign, so that's what I call it. I also read it to myself before the words all smashed together. It sucks all the hip value out of it. So patty's post read like this to me:Pound sign first world problems.
