But yes, it's bad, since phlegm is your body trying to get rid of bacteria, and you're just reintroducing them into your system. Blowing your nose or using a saline rinse is your best idea.
I've always wondered about that. Shouldn't one's stomach acid be enough to a lot of the crap?

So, I think I'm gone for good this time. I don't like many people that are still here, It's dead (RB has like a post an hour, wtf?) and it's f'ing boring*. Yeah, I'm being a dramaqueen but I don't really care anymore.

I generally just copy it from a friends pc. Worked so far.
don't have that luxury.
I own the disks of vanilla wow, TBC, and WOTLK, but that's it. After that damn anti-videogame law was passed, I was only able to buy the digital edition of Cataclysm (With gold, rather than real money).
So, I installed vanilla, TBC, and WOTLK, but now I gotta download the entire cataclysm client, plus the patches (a 13 GB download). All because blizz won't allow us to download THE INSTALLER of cataclysm, =( we can only download the game, so if you gotta reinstall cata, you gotta download all of it again.
This is gonna get worst on Mists, because then I'll have to download the cata client AND the mists client.
This is why I hate having to reformat my hard-drive. And yet I've had to do it 4 times this year alone, due to my damn PC getting the habit of frying my hard-drives.
I am just NOT lucky =/
