As stated above. More in depth, what's better for pre 60 characters who have weapons eligible for TBC enchants?
Battlemaster
can be an option too.

The crusader buff is a level 60 spell, and it's effectiveness is reduced by 4% for every level you gain above that. Therefore at level 70, the buff is 40% less effective; you only get 60 strength rather than 100.

IMO, if you want fast kills, use Mongoose. if you want to "never die", then go battlemaster. If you want a mix, go crusader.

Sorry, I should have clarified. For general melee classes, to help with leveling and soloing. And then for those battlegrounds players.
