I know im so far down on this list and no1 will ever read this post, but one of my favorite WoW memories was me and my friends rerolling on a BRAND new server. the server was about 10 hours old when we decided to reroll. no one had any gold, the server was so broke. but my favorite (and most sad) part was the fact that we had to meet up to trade eachother bags and items cause none of us could afford the 30c to mail items back and forth.

I have a few moments that come to mind, first is when I made the move over from playing Lineage II. The constant grinding of that game finally got the best of me. For the longest time I had a beef with WOW, don't know why, I guess I didnt care for the cartoon like graphics. But I bit the bullet and now 6 months later, I totally am hooked.
The variety of what WOW brings is what separates itself from the rest, questing, rich story lines and the friendships that come from doing battles with guildmates worth every penny.
But I would have to say my upmost favorite memory is when I got my current girlfriend to play along side me! Yeah I know it sounds corny but she is the love of my life, and while doing some real life battles, she is along side me in game doing the same to save me.
I love her for that and will always cherish the moments we spend playing WOW :-)

3 years ago it was the first time on WoW, as horde player. It was my shaman , i did the first quest then i start to move to Thunderbluff... was night, and the moon were high in the sky of Mulgore. I never saw a game like that, the atmosphere and all the things were so real i went on a little hill and i looked all around for 10 minutes, listening the music of that place. For a person at the first time in a MMORPG it left me without words.
I still remember this and when i want to relax in the game i usually go back on that hill at the evening, rememberin' again that fabulous moment

I've been a player of the Horde for, I don't know, at least three years now(trolls FTW, baby!), and I can't even name now many times I've managed to survive the botch raid goes, needless to say the Barrens Chat. Who doesn't come out of that alive and brag about it.
I'd have to definetly say that my favorite moment in my WoW career was after a duel with a particular Tauren Druid. After we duked it out on the edge of Scyer's Tier near the elevator shaft, my Hunter being able to win by the smallest of hairs, the Druid decided to get defensive and claimed that he could have beaten me if I would stop fearing him in Bear Form.
For this, I laugh. All fair in love and war.
And in this case, duels in Shattarath City.
Determined to show off his "uber epicness" of Flight Form, he yelled out to me "LOOK AT LEAST I CAN JUMP OFF AND FLY AWAY AND NOT BE HURT YOU LOSER HUNTARD!"
He jumped off the edge of Scryers Tier.
With 55 Hitpoints.
Lagging out, he couldn't hit the form in time.
And there lay the crumpled little Tuaren body, a small speck of dead amongst the handful running to and fro from bank to Flight Master.
He sure showed me how EPIC Druids are against HunTARDS.
Definetly, the best moment ever.

My favorite WoW moment was quite possibly the additions of Flying Mounts. The backstory: In 2005, before I even started playing WoW, I saw my friend flying through Elwynn forest on a flightpath. I said "OMGosh! Are you seriously flying that thing?" He informed then that "No, you can't control your own flying mounts." Yet I was still captivated by the beauty of the game and the fact you would fly on these mythical creatures I ended up playing the game. So of course when the flying mounts finally came out, I was absolutely elated! Took long enough! Best WoW moment.

My favorite moment has got to be when i was questing on my rogue, and one of the Horde tried to gank me, but i managed to get the upper hand, and as he tried to run off, i got him with my throwing knife, right on the 30yd limit.

God this is a hard one. There have been so many times in my druid's career that have made me happy, but I'm going to go for a more recent one. About a year ago, a couple of months after Burning Crusade was released, I finally got my druid to exalted with Cenarion Expedition. Now, for most people this isn't that big of a deal, but that was the day I finally got my earthwarden, my first piece of epic tanking gear for my feral set that I was starting to work on to become feral.
Sure, when I was leveling, I was feral, but really, who wasn't? Most druids I knew leveled either feral or balance then respeced at 70 to resto so they could heal. I followed suit because my guild had a stupid rule at the time I was leveling that if you were not a class leader or officer, you speced how you were told to spec, and all druids were told to spec resto. I hated it. I spent several hundred gold on repair bills from doing PUG steam vault runs just so I could get the rep for CE. How I dreamed of finally being able to do something more than heal. My druid's entire endgame career was in healing because druids were never allowed to do anything more than heal.
Shortly after starting on my grind to get my earth warden, I left my guild that I had been with for over a year and a half to join a guild that not only allowed me to respec to feral, they were actually happy that I was going to. When I finally got it, within 30 seconds of buying it, I teleported to moonglade and spent the gold to respec my druid and start down the road to being a feral tank. Since that day, I've stuck with being feral, with 2 short exceptions where my guild needed me to be resto for a raid, but only for that raid, and I still got to roll on my feral gear, as well as healing gear since I was forced to respec.

Im a long time horde player but i have had the time to create an alliance alt or two. One such alt was a human priest. I quickly set about doing the quests noting in passing that the main Northshire Abbey NPC Corporal McBride was a tad more rude in his directions than most other starting quest givers. Slowly this grated against my nerves until finally I formed a vendetta against him.
So it was that on one bright sunny day in Orgrimmar I made the decision to make a cross-country journey to Northshire Abbey on a level 38 druid without a mount to assassinate Corporal McBride (My catch-phrase was "Damn you McBride!"). After about half an hour of travels and conflicts with guards around Goldshire I managed to mountain jump around the main gates to the Abbey and confront McBride in person. Only to discover he is immune to damage and cannot be attacked by Horde since he is a vital quest giver.
Sad fase.
Still to this day I think back on my epic journey and curse McBrides name.
