WoW 3D Model Viewer

You could also quiz us to get some info for your paper. Im sure some of us would be more than happy to help. Like for me I design my toons based of the race/class combo in relation to the sterotypical look of that type.
For example my first toon was a human mage. I had planned for him to go fire spec so when I first started customizing him i gave him the longest hair and beard possible for the old school fantasy wizard look and colored his hair red to symbolize him specializing in fire. My human rogue it was short black hair (the flattop looking one) with a goatee. I have many other toons but its been a while since i played so i dont remember all thier looks or why i choose it.

WoW 3D Model Viewer
Model Viewers read the data files and display them in the controlled environment.
If he can't download WoW onto his machine, the model viewer won't work, because it has no data files to read.
That, and, when a program says "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK" It's generally a good idea to not use it.

Usually an avatar, especially in a fantasy genre, isn't created based on the physical appearance but rather on what the appearance portrays about their personality and the back-story that becomes strung together from the user, story tellers (narrator, lore writers, etc.), or a combination of the two.
Over time the avatar gains a personality the player can relate to be it through similarities, contrasts, or traits one would seek to have themselves.
Though appearance is less of a contribution to the player-avatar relationship it must be appealing to the individual's eyes and it can play a factor other than what it speaks of the personality, the 2 main points one looks for in a purely physical point of view would most likely be a sense of strength or elegance and for some this can be achieved through contrast.
My main character I play 95% of the time is a tall night elf with long, groomed, white hair. While i personally don't care for pointy eared weirdos he portrays intelligence, pride, dignity, and humbleness while also being able to shapeshift into a fearsome bear giving a sense of stoicism, inner strength, and self determination. (was also the only alliance race that could be a druid =P)
Wherever a person can create an avatar there will be some sort of personal connection shared with it even a slight one to the casual user.

My undead rogue has a hairstyle similar to what I have RL. I dont go for the spikey hair cuts because I dont think they really match me, I wear my hair long and unkempt alot and I show that on my rogue. In addition, its the same color as my RL hair. Its pretty sad that if you killed me, raised me from the dead, and pixilated me to year 2000 quality graphics, I'd probably look like my in-game rogue.
But how about my female tauren druid? Good luck with that one, black cow with black hair and shapeshifting. That could last a few books on the psychological connections with a character playing a cow.
