Can't release or uncage pet? Transfer problem

I cannot release or uncage my battle pet so that I can transfer my account.
no option to uncage. No option to release. It says my pet is non tradeball and I can summon him. Just not release.
This is driving me crazy. I have screenshots.

If it says 'non-trade-able' then you can't cage it.
Looks like this pet is stuck with that char. Which battle pet is it?

It is a rare skunk. The thing is It shows it with a cage in list but I can summon it. I cannot find any pets w/ a cage accept this one. It has to be him. I can't find any pets in bank or bags. And it will not give me an option to uncage or release.

woot I found my prob. Unopened pets count as caged apparently. 2 were in bank cause I had them already.
