[Bug Report / Fixed] Spell tooltips fail to load for many classes of spells

The javascript error "Wowhead tooltips failed to load scaling data for Spell" shows up when this happens.
Here's some pages where all the spells fail to display tooltips:

I get a "no response from server" message on spell tooltips, if that helps at all. All other tooltips seem to work fine, just not spells.
