Menethil Harbor goes to Dustwallow Marsh (Theramore) and Northrend.
Darkshore goes to SW, Exodar, and Teldrassil.
Your best bet is to walk from Loch Modan to Menethil. Otherwise you can wander through Ashenvale and Barrens and get to Dustwallow. There aren't very many good ways anymore.
Also, you can try to find a mage to port you to Theramore so you can take the boat to Menethil.
