But i still dont see any effort from muslims to be tolerant of me. All I see is me being tolerant of their sensativities, they arnt making an effort to lessen their extreme sensativities.
I think its wrong to deliberatly try to upset people due to their sensetivities but they dont aknowledge they are wrong to be so over sensative.

But I woudlnt get upset if you called me that because I know its not true. Its only words.
I now agree its wrong to name my pet Mohammed because some people might be offended by it. But i still hold that it is wrong to be so offended by a word and they ought to try to be less offended.

Its very sad you are unable to have a discussion without attacking me Varull and making up allot of nonsense please just make the point without the snide remarks.
To the situation you proposed. There are a few ways to deal with it.
One is to be less sensative to what other people say, if its not true then it doesnt matter And to tolerate their stupidity.
Another is to argue with the person about it and reason with them.
Or you could go and take physical action to kill or threaten the person.
I do tolerate other peoples sensetivities but why do they not try to be less sensative? This is what i do not understand. Its good to try and change peoples minds but not in a hateful violent way.
If you can be less sensative this is very good. And you can still try and make them see sense.
Thanks for your posts

What is so wrong about this? I feel that i have been opressed by blizzard and also partially by muslims. I have lost my freedom of speech and expression in the game which is sad.
If it upsets you so much stop playing the game.

Haha I am laughing out loud here, also at the huge amount of hate being put to me by people defending peoples right to not be offended thats pretty amusing. What kind compassionate people we have.
Why should a black person be offended by being called the n word, the truth is they should not. But some cant help it, so we should not do it but help them to not stop being offended by what other people say to them.
If I was a christian I wouldnt care at all if you said anything bad about jesus at all.
Somone could be offended by the way you walk so would you change every single thing for them. No you wouldnt as that would be unreasonable. Also if somone is easily offended we should accomadate for them within reason.
It is also reasonable to expect them to try to not be so sensative and work to do that within reason.

Yeah I was for a bit, but not anymore. I dont go out of my way to offend people i just thought it would be quite funny.
Is it reasonable for me to be allowed to name my pet Mohammed and possibly offend people?
It is only as reasonable as it is to try and stop people using the name Mohammed because you happen to find it offensive.
I havent cried once, its just the way things are. Im not worried about it.

And by the way, i remember one boy frm my school who got bullied quite badly and people said terrible things to him allot. But I really admire him because it never got to him, everyone should try and strive to be like this boy.
Saying the things to him was wrong of course and should not have happend. But the way he responded was great.

Haha im not saying its true. But I have heard of it quite a few times maybe it is true? I dunno so im not making any judgments yet. I cant offend you if i havent made a judgment. Even if i did you can just say hes wrong and carry on with your life.
I understand very well that people from other cultures value things differently. But when people cannot accept other peoples view or criticism without taking actions against them that is dangerous. They need to learnt to tolerate other peoples views thats all.
