I personally like female draenei animations, although shadow priests and draenei aren't very lore-compatible if you enjoy RP. ;)
However, roll every race and get a feel for their animations and general aesthetics, then just go with your personal favourite - that's my suggestion.

Currently, Human has the best PVP racial. Their bonus spirit is great for healing in PVE.
Racials are subject to change come Cataclysm. Still, I like the looks of Humans the best and will surely miss it if I ever come back to this game and transfer to Horde to play with friends.
Now, Bluurd Elf or Troll...?

I play - or played considering ive cancelled both my accounts months ago - all the aesthetically pleasing races purely because i knew i would have to stare at it for literally months of my life.
And with that in mind, i chose all females of the nicest races - human, night elf, draenei, gnome and blood elf. My main is a blood elf, which was swapped from draenei purely because i already had a draenei shaman and wanted to see what life was like on the other side of the fence - and to experience the blood elf characters.
I love all my characters and wouldnt trade or delete them (cancelling an account only deactivates them, not delete them) but each race is aesthetically pleasing in their own way. Human females are voluptuous, curvy and have really nice long hair. Draenei females are the more exotic and curvy of all the races, but you have to get past the hooves and lower legs, tail and horns. They also have really interesting hairstyle choices and have a lot more skin colour variations. Night elf is more the standard shape, neither rake thin nor solid in build, not overly large or wide in any way. They are more the basic 'starter' shape and have most of the basics. I only have 1 of the night elves because of this. As for gnomes, well, they are just small - and the way things go, everything that comes in a small size is always liked. Im going to guess you all know why a blood elf so i wont go into that.
