I am a raid healer and had been participating in the AQ bug farming, I did steal many bugs from other groups using moonfire to tag them first. The horde had many things to say to me. Later, and for 3 days, I then went with 2 guildies to complete their T dungeon upgrade sets. This was a lot of instances, and a lot of incomplete instances. Shortly after finishing the questline, I was getting ready to log out- And i get a letter from Blizz claiming I'm using hacks and cheats and my account got permabanned. I was with my group in discord, I am not a bot, and I cannot get Blizz to even respond to my appeal. I have to target macros (except for Jed), and I have no third party illegal software. I also only have 211 gold, so I'm by no means rich. I do not even have a fast mount. I have had this account for 9 years, and I do not know what to do other than post in a forum about this. Please let me know if anyone has thoughts or similar troubles related to the AQ quest or the T dungeon grinds. Thank you

The same thing happened to me. I have never installed any illegal software or cheated in any way. Then this week I helped a guildie with some bugs and a day later I am banned. Like permabanned. Makes me wonder if these GMs are banning people because they want their friends to be able farm AQ easier. Whatever method they used to say I was cheating was wrong and maybe a GM made a mistake but I don't see that as I wasn't doing anything that would warrant a ban, not even a little bit. The only thing I can think of is that hour and a half I spent helping a friend hunt bugs. Either way Blizzards policy of banning average players for no reason has turned me off to the company as a whole. They have lost my business.
