Your situation is tricky because it will require patience. Buy either the Tier 9 helm or chest (preferably helm) with your trophy and wait until you get the Tier 8 pants or shoulders (preferably pants) out of your Uld10 runs. Don't use the tier 9 helm/chest until you get a replacement piece of tier 8, but once you do, swap both. You'll keep both bonuses and have significantly better itemization.
