I would say Human/Gnome Death Knight, any spec.
They got strangulate, Brain Freeze, Anti-Magic shell and Anti-Magic zone...
That sounds pretty Anti-caster to me, and if they are a Human/Gnome, they get the racial, so they could break from our Frost Nova's, Deep Freezes, and (I think...) Slows.

As a frost mage it's never a problem kiting a Death knight around..pretty bad choice IMO.
Best class against a frost mage is a hunter ( race dosn't matter really, ur choice)
Pick a beast mastery hunter and say good bye to ur mage friend. Any hunter who is not totally retarded can beat every frost mage for ever. As a frost mage you can't kite a hunter cous his has at least the same amount of burst damage in range + his survivability is better.
Can I ask you why u need this information ? =)

There is no absolutely anti-caster or anti-mage class, race. Blizz always try to make every class to be balanced. But there is also not a absolutely balance in the game. Like you said, they have trinket to remove slow, deep freeze, nova. But I can tell you is every player is different. Basically, removed my slow? put it on them again. Removed the nova and deep freeze, to be a frost mage, is there only 1 nova or 1 deep freeze during the fight? Answer will be no. Also you would not lose the match even they removed the CC once.
On the other hand, try to duel with more and more Death Knights, then will make you to understand what happen on them and their pvp rotation. Also the pvp is all about your sense, speed of reflect, position,distance between you and your enemy,etc.
That is not correct, blizzard have said by themself that the game is unballanced when it comes to duels. Some classe's have stonger anti spells against certain classes. Ofc every player who have imba skills can own with every single class no matter what, but if two people with equal skills was dueling with for example a mage and a hunter I think 9 out of 10 duels would go to hunters victory.
Ofc I have won against many hunters, but I have to admit if the hunter just have some skills and som experience in duels, I will have a hard time bursting them down. THis is ofc duels, when it comes to arena some classes will shine trough the battle, becouse of the combo with their arena partner.

Don't know what all these are talking about. Mages die so easy now, they are never top in pvp, affliction warlocks or priests, dk do great and demon hunters have the best get the hell out of danger i have ever seen. Paladins are, well they are paladins. Also every class now out dps the mage. Which is stupid because that is the only job a mage has. They are not healers or tanks. Hunters do kick our asses, though rogues are a pain. I say the mage in pvp is dead. Not worth trying. So before anyone replies saying they kick ass on pvp as a mage my answer is, i have months and months and months of logs. So take it from me a person who does pvp all the time the mage can cast everything they have and some classes will walk away with out a scratch and be on full health. Blizzard know this and that is why the point in battle grounds even out. Another words you may not get the best dps, or killing blows, and a mage carrying a flag is just stupid. But the points are the same almost. An example i have 75000 health, a shadow priest did 1.56 million dps, my dps was a meer 450,000 divided 75000 health into that 1.56 million and you get the idea. I think when we worked it out he killed the whole team two and a half times.
