There are generally 4 types of players which you should never invite into your pugs if you want to avoid loot-dramas such as this. Paladins with a retribution specc, dks of any specc, hunters and gnome mages with the Jenkins title (Last two is only for alliance, horde have two less types to watch out for)

Heh, this discussion used to be with Essence of Gossamer- at least there, there was a point to complaining- it was a rare drop in a heroic instance.
And as to the pally rolling on the ArP trinket? They may not get as much use out of ArP, but that is one of the best physical DPS trinkets in game, and certainly the best pre-raid. It beats out Mirror of Truth nicely, and the proc stacks with Mirror of Truth if you choose to use that combo.
Yeah, the pally shouldn't have rolled on it. Hell, I wouldn't have rolled on it and I'm a dual specced prot.
The solution to this is not to use Master Looter, the solution is to run with people you know and trust, and when there's a loot problem shrug it off and move on.
I know personally I won't run a ToC reg instance with ML on- I've gotten shafted too many times that way.

...and people who think they are better than everyone else just because they play a less played class.

needing somthing out of a 5-men(wich I wil soon, 78priest on his way) is either masterloot or guild/friendrun.
Started to use masterlooter in 5-mens in TBC when gearing up a tank for heroics was more then going to the AH with 1000g like I did in WotlK. Ofcourse won't do that with people from respected guilds(this is somthing people should be more aware of, some guilds tolerate ninjas while any respected guild simply doesn't.
Theres even a guild I avoid completly to run anything with.

Quit being such a QQer or Take your ball and go home if you dont like it... but stamp on the ground first... remember to hold your breath until you turn blue, and let Everyone know that you were cheated... Set rules first. Also - no one else in the party seemend to mind. most Ninjas steal something valuble to many members and then leave...
if you dont have your seatbelt on when you hit a tree, you really cant &*!@# about the wounds....

Grow up. Yes you may have been the most deserving in certain circumstances, but did that paladin possibly need anything else from that instance? Chances are he did not. It may be that this paladin would have tanked the instance, but chose to heal because he could get groups more easily. L2 deal with it.

I tried getting this on my warr tank but it didint drop in about 6 runs we had there.
In the same day i got it dropped on my DK tank, but surprisingly a Healdin needed and won it.
I said thats is an obvious ninja and i refuse to run with this party and left.
You handled it wrong. Unless you are leaving out information, saying "Hey, you effing ninja, screw you all, I'm leaving" is probably not the best way to get the item traded to you. "Hey man, I could really use that for my main spec. Mind trading it to me, and you can get the next one?" Boom, you get your item and you continue farming the instance...
