Achievement tracking doesn't seem to be working?

I'm trying to track my achievements for BFA Pathfinder, Pt 1. Many of the achievements that I have completed do not show as completed in the tooltip, but if I check them on my character's profile page, they show as completed. I've posted a screenshot of an example of this. I've refreshed my character profile but to no avail.

Hmm, I tested this out with your character and see that both show properly completed for your example. Can you check again? I'm guessing there was a cache issue or it took some time to update after you refreshed your profile.
