Zdouse, if you're going to try and help, at least post more information than that.
I don't really think there is anything you can do, their phone lines are only open Monday - Friday. Looks like you're stuck waiting it out.
EDIT: I would try sending an e-mail right away anyway, so at least your ahead of the line come Monday.

... don't call con artists and script kiddies hackers. I'd say 99+% of password theft comes from phishing or keyloggers. I've NEVER lost my passwords for anything EVER, even considering I've been infected by viruses multiple times throughout my years of internet usage.
Just don't be dumb in the future.

This happened to a guildie a few weeks ago. The hackers clearly plan for blizzard not doing anything on weekends.
Even when he got in touch with a GM they told him there was nothing they could do until monday because the 'specialists' required to restore his account to him don't work weekends.
He eventually got everything restored (and even got like 20 stacks of ore the hacker farmed).

Seriously- you still need to determine how this happened or it will simply happen agai.
Most common reason why your account is taken over is because people give their login stuff to friends or family. Even if they are 100% totally trustworthy - a key logger does not care if it is installed on their computer.
Buying gold - powerleveling - doh.
I know you say you dont do any of these things so we are still at #1 - how did it happen? I would highly suspect you have some form of keylogger on your computer so you might be a little concerned that other personal data was not compromised!
Be smart and buy an Authenticator from blizzard and you will never have to worry about it again.

Like you said earlier in your post, I would be more concerned other personal data was compromised. Unless you got owned by phishing... but those who get rolled like that usually aren't the people smart enough to realize that an authenticator is useful.

agreed unless you have super smart hackers that can hack into blizzards database there is no way you can get hacked unless you do what he said.

The difference is playing a game for money and sitting at a telephone all day for money.
On a Saturday.
Well, say he worked saturday and didnt have to work on tuesday? or any other day!

If they could hack blizzard why would they waste their time when they could hack a bank... that's why the phrase "hacker" needs to be stop being thrown around. Most of the account theft basically comes down to people being conned into either willing giving their account info or having a keylogger installed on their computer, where they then unknowingly give their account info up.

There are other ways thieves can get your information..believe it or not..many people who use guild websites..sometime use their WoW password as a convenience for them as well. Thieves can use a retrieval system to recover your password and then steal your account.
Another method is through addons..I am leery of any addon that is brand new from an unknown author..keylogger codes are easily hidden within them.
Also in regards to Blizz..I can't believe they cant use a skeletal crew to deal with extremely high priority issues on weekends.
As I have posted in before..the authenticator is an obvious deterrence...but I wish blizz would also allow members to activate account access through email link only, the same way you need to use an email link to reset a password...at least if a thief got your password, they couldn't access your account to change or steal info,,unless they have access to your email to click on the link.( I know not a100% foolproof)

There is so much wrong with the replies to this thread, and it goes pretty deep too.
Hackers are the people hired by banks to try to expose weaknesses in security systems. Crackers, on the other hand, do the same type of stuff but with malicious intent.
The authenticator: Good idea. Get it. It's NOT the end-all be-all some people believe it is, but it is an added layer of security that is well worth the price. DO NOT be fooled into thinking it's all the account security you'll ever need.
Keylogging code cannot be buried in the xml and lua code that makes up add-ons. BUT your new add-on could be infected with a virus. Always scan every new add-on at VirusTotal.com.
When will people get it?
