Blade barrier with DPS spec oh rly?
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#jfVMVh0IsbRfost0xZ0g0hx:zGpMmV
Although you can skip the frost tree points and put more in unholy.
The blood tree in that build looks (in my eyes) like the general cookie-cutter, however in the frost and unholy trees, things takes a wrong turn.
Anticipation is a tanking talent, Vicious strikes and Virulence are much better choices. Toughness is mainly seen as a pvp/tanking talent, the contribution through BA + toughness to AP is very minor, those points are (just like you said) much better spent in the Unholy tree, forming a
51/0/20 build
Also, glyph of heart strike is more or less a pvp glyph and should be avoided for pve. Glyph of dark death is much more attractive.
And finally, if you dont like the idea of a Glyph of disease rotation, glyph of DRW is a good option.
Since you're looking for an unholy build here's a good build for once your start geting some gear at 80:
12/0/59
(point in necrosis shiftable to CE, and from GF, Dirge and IUP to max out necrosis depending on personal preference)
Edit: For a good geared dps DK you'll have ~14k armor, toughness'll give you an additional 1.4k armor. This works out to an additional 38 ap (assuming 5/5 BA). Morbidity, BcB and even NotD are far more attractive options.

hmm u may be right ^^ but shouldnt i have more points on
necrosis
? but i dont like
glyph of DRW
:p because i dont use
DRW
so much :P even if i should in like instances on bosses :P but we will see if i take it instead
of
glyph of disease
That's why I said Point in necrosis shiftable to CE, and
from GF, Dirge and IUP to max out necrosis
depending on personal preference
It's a personal prefence, but do keep in mind that Necrosis will provide the least dps of the different talents (assuming you can master your rotation).
Also, GoD wont be that useful on trash/when grinding mobs. It first becomes useful on targets where you can maintain your rotation for a long enough time to make it useful.
And btw, DRW is great, you should try to use it as much as possible :).

Toughness does work with BA to give you more AP, however the amount you'll get is so miniscule almost any other talent should provide better dps.
DRW and gargoyle is underused in my eyes. DRW can be used at aoe packs for some nice BB spam, and HS cleaving. Gargoyle can also be used against heavier trash. For 5mans, I'd say DRW is the stronger glyph since at many bosses your diseases can run out before you can pestilence them back to full duration (such at 4th boss in OK, Loken, well, any boss that involves alot of movement or general CC or target switching).
When I run 5mans, I always try to use DRW (I have it glyphed) at multi mob encounters as soon as the CD's ready and I have plenty of DR's. DPS CD's aren't boss specific, once you learn to use them to their full potential you'll understand their true power :)
