A couple of things before I begin discussing Frost vs Blood tanking :)
Your rotation appears to be a bit off, since you're using BB I assume that's your aoe rotation. I'd recommend you drop a DnD before you've spread your diseases, since DnD is a high threat move and you're hopefully in Frost presence you'll generate a large amount of aggro to everything fast.
Thus:
DnD - IT - Ps - Pest* - Runic dump
BB - DS - DS**- BB - Runic dump***
* If your targets will live long enough to make the diseases worth it, otherwise it's better just to DS/BB
**If you're specced into Morbidity, your DnD should be up. So if multiple targets are still alive it's good to throw another DnD.
***You can also BT - BB here for additional aggro, if you really want more threat.
Also do keep in mind that a Blood/UB build looses out on some great tps enhancing talents deep in blood (MoM, BG etc.). You should be able to aoe tank using a deep blood tanking spec just fine if you know your rotation. You
dont need
UB for AoE tanking but it helps.
Finally, Glyph of Icebound fortitude has been hotfixed, it's now no longer possible to gain the benefits from it whilst having high enough defense. Thus it's now more or less a pvp glyph only.
Now onto the debate:
You're "comparing apples to oranges" here mate.
Blood has an emphasis on increased self healing and high stamina, making it able to "take hits" more steadily.
Frost has the highest avoidance of all the trees (Frigid Dreadplate), good defensive CD's (better IBF and UA) and an additional 2% less damage tanken (IFP).
So really, there's no "winner" between the trees, it all boils down to personal preference and purpose when deciding which tree you want to tank as.
Not to mention the possible benefits of Unholy tanks ;)
