Beyond the poison hit cap

Hey everyone, well I've been raiding quite a bit of Ulduar and an occasional naxx25 and I've been receiving hit gear for free, mainly since every other rogue in my guild is at the poison cap and seem to hate Hit.
Now my question is:
Do you guys think taking out some points in Precision and putting them in ISnD (
link
) would be viable if I have well over the poison cap, (by taking 2 points out it means I'd need around 382 hit) in order to have a flexible build where I'll be able to concentrate more on 5pt Ruptures and ExposeArmor ?

improved snd is really of no use for muti builds, since we refresh it with envenom, and we can throw in 2 or even 3 envenoms before refreshing rupture.
if i could move the points into more cqc ranks, it would be fine, but we cant^^ if you are over hit cap with your gear, change the item with hit rating with something with no hit and crit, ap expertise.

Alright so stay away from ImpSnD, got it. Guess I'm stuck with 51/13/7 then...

Stop being butthurt. Grow some thicker skin, you'll need it if you want to survive on the internets.
There's no way to lose the points in precision without losing points from CQC, which will inevitably end up as a dps loss, unless you spec 51/7/13. Improved slice and dice is absolutely useless, unlike the points in precision. Even if above the poison cap, they still affect your white hits.

Is 51/7/13 only viable with 4-piece tier 8 or can it be used if I have the needed 393 hit for poisons? The latest spreadsheet over at EJ doesn't show much of a DPS difference, so it might just be my gear...

Don't play dumb, I caught that whiny comment you made before you deleted it.

I didn't think you'd have seen it and posted a reply 50 minutes later. So what about the 51/7/13 question? Yes or no?

I replied 6 minutes after it. About the spec, check the spreadsheet.

Yeah like I said before almost no dps difference ( I have 4/5 tier 7, my guild isn't too far deep in ulduar for me to be rolling on tier 8 tokens.)

Same as having Cats swiftness on your boots. Sure in raw numbers it's lower "maep" or whatever than Icewalker, but again in fights with alot of movement, getting more time on the boss gives you a higher "presence" int eh fight, resultign in more damage.
You're wrong. There is a precise formula for calculating the dps gain of speed boosts on bossfights.
http://elitistjerks.com/f47/t24301-rogue_pve_dps/#Boot_Enchants
The article is obviously out of date considering other enchants, but the formula is still correct.
There are no bossfights currently where the speed boost will outperform the 32 ap enchant or icewalker.
