I don't know if any of you found this or if some of you don't know but I was playing my dk and was looking throught the interface options and found that you can select to not auto save a spec.
Now you can do just like here and put all the points in right click and remove then choose to apply it and you don't have to worry about putting something in the wrong place.

This was added in 3.1
A new feature has been added allowing players to allocate talent points before confirming they’d like to spend them. This feature must be turned on in the Interface Options.
Right there in the
patch notes
, under
User Interface
.

.I've had to point this out to a number of guildies since 3.1 hit and everyone started allocating points incorrectly on accident and whining about the cost of their mistakes.
Automatic talent resets from the patch + New Dual Spec system = Lots of playing with talent trees, lots of room for mistakes.
I wonder why I didn't just make a macro explaining this feature in guild chat, heh. Would've saved me some time.

Yet here is the thing. That was a lot of patch notes to read and I do read most of them but I mean they were a wall of text and alot of people don't read them.
