when TG nerf blizzard said they want make also 2x1 hand viable for warrior.
all they did was nerf, they dont add anything for 2x1 hand.u need spend 5 points to Unending Fury for 10% bonus(ww,slam,bt) and then with next tier talent u get -10% also on white damage. whats idea of this 6 talents when they negate efects ? and for 2x1 hand why they dont change some talents.WW, and slam do low damage with 1 handlers, it need some direct buff like +25% damage if use 1handler.add this to unending fury.cancel rampage requirements and swap with TG.
Also Unbridled Wrath need remake, if they want to balance fury tree.
2. Piercing howl - all warriors should be able to get it same like shield slam is now available for all. why all warrior must be hybrids cos this talent ?
3.improved demo shout-lol in wotlk for 5 talents = merge it wiht commanidng presence.
4.Juggernaut- why they put 100% critical strike on it. I was shure they nerf it. there should be +20% on damage on next slam/MS.
5.after they implement Jug why tactical mastery, is still in arms. fury need to stance dance now for spell reflect.and tier 2 fury have nothing usefull.
6.imp HS : any idea why is in arms ? cos 0% usefull for this tree?
7. anger management : need rebalance in wotlk. slower rage losing when not in combat or add rage more often or increase max rage (~rogue vigor) or move to protection tree....way how is it now, it dont need to exist.
8. weapon mastery:dodge is not so important cos overpower. block or parry should be added for some real balance.
9. sword spec: when we compare with mace/axe this is simply one step behind. blizzard dont want warriors with swords no more ?(if so just delete it.)for example next ability cost no rage and do not triger GCD,...
10. all weapon spec.: it need to be changed to choose effect and not to choose weapons. why they force all warriors to use weapons which they dont want to use only cos they are better

To the OP... 2 things:
#1 Your post is a long mix of horrible grammar, spelling, misinformation, and QQ. Reading it was like knives in the eyes.
#2 The title of your thread implies that Blizzard knew how to balance classes in the first place.

Source? When Blizzard nerfed the damage for TG, I don't remember reading anywhere that they wanted to make two one-handers a viable fury spec.
2. Piercing howl - all warriors should be able to get it same like shield slam is now available for all. why all warrior must be hybrids cos this talent ?
Piercing Howl is mainly a PvP talent. It is very common to have a PvP talents a short way down in a tree. It's not like it's difficult to reach for Arms or Fury. They can't really start giving away PvP talents, or else they remove the whole "Speccing for PvP" aspect of the game.
3.improved demo shout-lol in wotlk for 5 talents = merge it wiht commanidng presence.
Not sure exactly what your complaint is, other than you want free abilities without paying talent points for them. Improved Demo Shout is a huge debuff to bosses, so much so that I have a secondary protection spec where I have 5/5 Imp Demo for hard hitting fights like Vezax.
4.Juggernaut- why they put 100% critical strike on it. I was shure they nerf it. there should be +20% on damage on next slam/MS.
Juggernaut is now +25% chance to crit. Just for round numbers sake, lets say you have 40% crit and your MS does 10k damage. Normally that would be 14,000 average MS damage. A 20% increase in damage would change that to a 16,8000 average MS. With the 25% increase crit it's 16,5000 average MS. Your suggestion is more or less the same as it is currently implemented.
5.after they implement Jug why tactical mastery, is still in arms. fury need to stance dance now for spell reflect.and tier 2 fury have nothing usefull.
I will agree with you on Tier 2 of fury. Unbridled wrath has always been a bit lackluster in most peoples eyes, and Imp Demo isn't very glamorous. Luckily you can max everything in row 1 and skip row 2 if you want. As for tactical mastery, I'm not really familiar with PvP or the need to stance dance, so overall it's just not a very good talent.
6.imp HS : any idea why is in arms ? cos 0% usefull for this tree?
Arms warriors don't use Heroic Strike? I'm pretty sure Arms still uses HS as a rage dump sometimes, no? Heroic Strike is more useful than Parry Talent is for Arms... Regardless, Blizzard has designed the trees so there are some cross-talents. They think it's boring for "I'm prot spec, I get to put all 71 points in my prot tree."
7. anger management : need rebalance in wotlk. slower rage losing when not in combat or add rage more often or increase max rage (~rogue vigor) or move to protection tree....way how is it now, it dont need to exist.
I somewhat agree, though I think a "rogue vigor" idea would be largely wasted as warriors don't necessarily WANT to be at 100 rage. A rogue vigor idea for rage would really only be helpful for Protection warriors, as many boss hits can easily jump you straight to 100 (and then a string of avoidance as you spam HS can drop you back to 0). Still, there will always be some talents that are considered less useful than others. I could agree that Anger Management could use a little work.
8. weapon mastery:dodge is not so important cos overpower. block or parry should be added for some real balance.
I guess it depends on how you see weapon mastery. The 2% dodge component is both a PvE (reduces your expertise cap) and PvP (slightly, just letting you connect more often), and the Disarm reduction is a PvP aspect. I suppose it would be easy enough to change Weapon Mastery to just give Expertise skill instead of calling out only dodge.
9. sword spec: when we compare with mace/axe this is simply one step behind. blizzard dont want warriors with swords no more ?(if so just delete it.)for example next ability cost no rage and do not triger GCD,...
It's about choices. In any min/max area, one spec selection will always come out ahead of another, that's just the way it is. Sword spec does have some returns, but it may be 0.5% or 1% less than Axe, so people will think it sucks. even though it's "only" 1% behind.
10. all weapon spec.: it need to be changed to choose effect and not to choose weapons. why they force all warriors to use weapons which they dont want to use only cos they are better
This is actually a valid suggestion. It would be easy enough to change the "Mace Specialization" or "Sword Specialization" to "Armor Puncture" (increased Armor Pen when using 2-handed weapons) or "Quick Strikes" (chance on hit to instantly strike again for 150% damage when using 2-handed weapons). The only
problem
with this idea is that it opens up warriors to being able to take multiple abilities. If it's not tied to weapons, I could see every Arms warrior taking all three (5% crit and crit damage, 15% armor pen, and extra attacks), which probably wouldn't be very balanced.
By the way, while I took the time you respond to your points (some of them valid and worthy of discussion), your method of presenting your ideas leaves MUCH to be desired. In the future, put forth a little bit of effort in organizing your thoughts. A little bit of capitalization, punctuation, and grammar gets you a long way on forums.
