Ok so what i saw was that pretty much 95% of the top 2v2 DKs use a 0/17/54 build with slight variation if they want AMZ or not.. is that pretty much the best build out there? if so would u recommend using AMZ or getting the extra pale horse and dirge bonuses? and ty for ur comment actually.. its better to know u failed horrible at making ur own talent build then to keep it that way lol
If you like the idea of Unholy for pvp, a 0/17/54 build is "the best" atm. AMZ is great for arena and solo play, it gives you another protection against casters and you can help your arena buddie out with it aswell. But you shouldn't sacrifice On a Pale Horse for it.
Here's my idea of how an Unholy/frost pvp build ought to look like (roughly):

(Some people choose reaping, others dont. I get by without.)

Blood works very well for pvp, then I'd either reccomend a
51/17/3 build
or a
51/3/17 build
The difference between the hit and the spell hit cap is that the hit cap (8%) is all of your melee attacks and strikes (assuming you're using a 2-h). Whilst the spell hit cap (17%) is all of your spells (I.e. Icy touch, Chains of Ice, Death Coil etc).
For all Dk's, it's much more favourable to aim for the hit cap (8% or 264 rating).
Expertise is great for PvE dps (since players can't dodge attacks coming from behind it's not as efficiant in pvp). and the Dodge expertise cap is ~26expertise (6.5%).
For pvp there's no real "rotation", you need to adapt and react according to the situation. Since many of your questions are very general I'd suggest you read this guide
Skribs' PvP DK Handbook
Although it's outdated by a bit, it should give you a general idea on how to pvp.
But if you still have unanswered questions, just let us know :)
