Well...no one else has chimed in so heres my two cents.
Affliction will Do if its what you know. In BGs you can get away with just about any spec really, I personally go deep demonology and slaughter those annoying classes that play the Stealth = GG card with incredible ease. Meta is a beast. Many a time I've taught a rogue or druid that they best keep their distance from me if they don't want to be killed as an after thought while I engage some other more challenging class.
For arenas my personal favorite is destro atm. Depends on your team size though. I run destro with a holy priest. Demon with a holy pally and a ret pally. Both of those teams do fairly well thus far. Honestly haven't touched Affliction since I was around the upper 60s and noticed 3/4 of the 'locks I came across running that tree. Could be a mistake on my part, by I have no regrets atm.

You can play two specs, which are Affliction or Destruction. Demonlogy is viable too, but its not quite as powerful. Affliction is very DoT orientated, with alot of CC and good self heals but it relies more on resilence then destruction. Destruction is more about direct damage and burst. They are both different styles, though I find affliction is generally better for 1v1 due to the self healing.
In any spec you take, it is a MUST that you take 17 points in demonology, for master summoner, stamina, fel domination, and the most imporant skill of all: Soul link.
Have fun PvPing, and remember: Warlocks need +800 resilence to PvP properly. Don't let the fact that you are getting bursted by any class in 3 seconds flat dissuade you, its just a gear issue that will pass.
