I'm looking for a macro that casts enrage in bear form, tiger's fury in cat form, and swiftmend ( with mouseover target) in normal form and tree form.
This is what I came up with:
#showtooltip
/cast enrage; tiger's fury; switfmend; switfmend
The enrage and tiger's fury part work fine, but for some reason the swiftmend doesn't work.
Please help me find the problem.
Edit : I remade the macro to this:
#showtooltip
/cast enrage; tiger's fury;
And it works good.
Since there's no longer any use for this thread, please lock it.
Edit 2 : go down and read my latest post :p

You may have gotten your form numbers messed up. See, with the first macro you will only cast swiftmend in "form:5" or no form at all. If your tree form is not 5 then the macro will not cast anything in that form.
You can use the following macro to find the number of the form you are in:/run print(SecureCmdOptionParse("1;2;3;4;5;;no form"))Also what you have can be shortened a little:#showtooltip
/cast enrage; tiger's fury;

Does mean the same thing as ? Or is there no such thing as ? If there is, couldn't you use instead of having two sets of conditionals for Tree of Life and caster forms? Just wondering, not trying to be a wise guy.

I've never tried it. If it is, then you could indeed use that.

Interesting question. Being a smart

instead of try
Quote from Cogwheel's Macro Post that is no longer on the official forums (I saved it formyself)
stance:0/1/2/.../n (form)
Stance is the generic term used for Warriors', Druids', Rogues' (Stealth), Priests' (Shadowform) and Shaman's (Ghost Wolf) forms. Stances are only applicable to situations where certain abilities are only usable in specific forms. Because of this, Paladin auras (despite being on the shapeshift bar) and Hunter aspects are NOT considered stances.
The simplest form of , as mentioned previously, means that you are in any stance whatsoever. It is equivalent to where n is the number of stances you have. is equivalent to so you can use a conditional like to evaluate as true if you are either in stance 3 or not in any stance.
The stances themselves are ordered the same way as they appear on your shapeshift bar. So a Druid with Bear, Aquatic, Cat, & Travel forms would have stances 1 through 4. Here is a simple chart to help you remember stance numbers (thanks Neuro):
Examples:
/cast Overpower; Battle Stance
This macro is an at-most-two-click Overpower macro. If you are not in the right stance, the first click will put you there. Once you're in Battle Stance, clicking the macro will cast Overpower.
/cancelform
/cast Faerie Fire (Feral)(); Faerie Fire
In Bear and Cat forms, this will cast Faerie Fire (Feral). In caster form, it will cast Faerie Fire. In any other stance, running the macro will return you to caster form and cast Faerie Fire.
stealth
While the Rogues among you may find this redundant since behaves the same way, also applies to Night Elves' Shadowmeld, Mages' Invisibility, etc.

Thanks, Extell!
It has to be formatted like to work.
You, too, palesse. I was thinking along the lines of using to combine and , and it looks like that will work. Like pelf said, it
does
pay to be a smart@$$ sometimes. Expect to see more of that out of me :)

Bumpity!
I've been using this macro and many variations of it ever since I made this thread, but now I want to make it better.
I now have Balance/Restoration as my specs instead of Feral/Restoration, and I want to add Starfall and Typhoon and Force of Nature to my macros, but I don't know how.
For example, I want my macro to now do Enrage / Tiger's Fury / Swiftmend (If resto)/ Typhoon (If balance)
How do I do that?
Thanks in advance.

Moonkin form is stance:5, like tree of life.
could be the solution here. if your spec 1 is resto :
#showtooltip
/cast enrage; tiger's fury; swiftmend; typhoon
It
should
work.

I used your solution by using and conditions, but for some reason if I dont put the moonkin spell before the resto spell then it wont work on the moonkin spec, I don't know what caused that problem but I know how to bypass it:
#showtooltip
/cast frenzied regeneration; tiger's fury; typhoon;
Thanks.

Conditionals can be messy ...
edit:
if your spec 1 is resto :
typhoon
I hope that's the strange and mysterious reason why it did not work ! :O
Either way, if it works, don't break it
