Well, with a druid, you can change from Dps to tank or healer.
I dont think the dps difference between those 2 specs are very high. I dont know warlocks, but (Balance) druids can Innervate, in-combat ressurect, 3% haste and 5% spellcrit for the raid etc.
And if you're gonna lvl one of them, feral would probably go fastest.

Druid.
They are a versatile class, so if you ever got bored as a Boomkin, you can just switch your spec instead of leveling a different character. Boomkin's also have
Moonkin Aura
which with talents, can get up to 10% spell crit. This is sick. And it would tip the scales in your favor if say, you were vying for a spot in a raid over a Warlock. You could fill in and heal for a bit if the raid is getting low. You have
Innervate
which is another sick ability. Druids are just so much more useful than Warlocks.
That said, Warlocks, lb for lb, deal more dps, but their raid benefits are more of the type you hope never to use. (Soulstone and Healthstone).

tnx was a good answer for me but i wanna know which can make me happy for play :D i have a druid balance right now i know how to play i feared abaot its shapes but its so easy and exciting , i wanna see how a warlock can be best on a raid ? how play with a lock now i understand from ur post that boomkin is useable but warlock's dps is better , i should pay time for warlock to learn how to play ....

Can't tell you which one you like to play better thats up to you :)
A druid would be more useful in a raid even if you just dps because of your raid buffs the fact that you can also heal is a plus.

My main is a lock, but I <3 my druid, even though she's resto, I have dual spec, and rly enjoy boon, probably cause of the raid and party buff, all casters loving having a boon in the grp.
They are both good classes, so GL with your lock ,and most of all hf :D
