Simple/stupid question about the chat window

How do I move/resize the chat window? I've installed Bartender & Chatter, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to move the chat window down so that it's right in the bottom corner of my screen.
I'm sure that this will be one of those "OMG - how did I miss seeing that?" type moments when someone points out the obvious button/command to do this, but right now, I need help...

Try to right click on the name of the chat window (above the chat ifself) and press unlock :P.
