Is the 3.1 version of natures grace worth the 3 points for raiding restos? Discuss.

I vote yes, but solely on the grounds that when Talenting a resto druid, I always have a lot of points left over...
Case in Point (14/0/53)
(I'm not by any means a pro at resto, in fact, I'm quite the noob since LK came out, so keep that in mind):
I left the following Talents out of my resto tree for these reasons:
Furor - Useless to PvE Resto (oddly enough, the tree its in...)
Naturalist - I'm an Anti-HT activist.
Tranquil Spirit - Same as Above, and I'm also anti-Nourish, though to a lesser extent.
Improved Tranquility - I don't use Tranquility enough to warrant even 1 talent point.
Empowered Touch - This talent makes me want to /vomit.
Improved Barkskin - I consider this to be solely for PvP.
Among the 6 points I have left, I would put them into these talents, I'm just not sure how yet.
Natural Perfection - I put 1 here to move down the tree. 1% crit for 1 talent point is nice. (3/3 prob)
Living Seed - I like this talent, but I'm too nubly to really have a grasp on its strength. (3/3 prob)
Revitalize - Again, I like this talent, but too nubbly to know its strength. (1/3 prob)
So the only reason I'd pull points out of Nature's Grace is to put them into Revitalize... Maybe that would be a good choice, I dunno -- but I like the new Nature's Grace. The only issue I could see is I know its pretty easy for a Resto Druid to cap their GCD, so additional haste is only useful for Regrowth at that point.

I have found it pretty useful in Ulduar where hots don't cut it
and i use chain nourish at times. It becomes more useful if you have enough spell haste so that when it procs, the cast time of nourish become less than 1 sec.
And with those two

nourish has 29% crit chance from talents only
making it proc pretty often.

Moonglow doesn't add to Nourish crit chance, it's a mana reduction talent.
@OP : it depends how you talent. I'd say the optionnal points are between revitalize, Nourish mana reduction, NG, HT talents and Tranquillity, so depending on your priorities it could be usefull. I personnaly am not often in MT heal situation to want to go for NG. And i'm saying that even though i tend to think that i tend to spam Nourish too much compared to rejuv (had some nights with ~30-40% nourrish healing done)

Thanks for you thoughts.
I have been resto for a long time. Depending on the raid situation, I MT heal, raid or or do both. I also moonkin from time to time. I noticed that when moonkining, NG is practically up all the time, but at the same time while healing, I am usually too busy watching the health of 25 people to notice how often it is up. I do use nourish and WG as my primary raid heals because it is so easy to spam, unless I am healing on the move, then I move to my instacast hots.
@heckler, learn to love nourish. 5/5 tranquil spirit makes it even better. Even if your target has no hots, it can non-crit heal for 6-7K, which seems to be about the average about of raid spike damage. Ticking hots are great on tanks, or fights like saph(nax25), where the entire raid is taking constant, consistant raid damage, where as in Ulduar is seems the raid damage are more like little spikes.
