There's no specific talent tree that's "better" than the others in terms of leveling. It should be decided depending on your playstyle and preference.
Blood: If you enjoy playing it "safe" with improved self healing and multiple "Oh snap!" buttons, whilst dealing great bursts of physical damage, blood might appeal to you.
"Standard" Blood dps
build (for leveling purposes just sacrifice some dps talents for more defensive ones, and the unholy side can be rearranged depending on if you like 1% more str more than necrosis
Frost: if you enjoy a more spell oriented playstyle with great bursts of both physical and frost damage whilst hitting a damage ability as fast as your fingers fly then Frost dps might appeal to you.
"Standard"
frost dps build.
Unholy: If you like the idea of having a continuous stream of damage hitting your opponent, a Ghoul pet, a focus on diseases and magical damage piercing armor and great aoe capabilities, then unholy might be your niche.
There's more or less three "standard" unholy dps build, with many small differences here and there but here's a rough sketch on how they might look like:
17/0/54 points in dirge moveable to GF, and points in desecration can be taken for IUP/necrosis. (this is a favourable spec at first since it's relatively gear friendly, giving you 5% critt from DC)
12/0/59 points taken from DC to fill out in UH, again points can be taken from Dirge, IUP etc and placed into necrosis depending on what you're gonna do with the build.
0/10/61 Getting black ice and maxing out in Unholy.
In all the previously mentioned unholy builds you might want to get "On a Pale Horse" (taking points from where you might see fit) since it can speed up leveling quite alot.
P.S. Check out the forum posts and read stickes before you post any questions :P most of what I've said can most likely be found scattered around the forums :)
However if there's any uncertainties at all, feel free to ask.
