Dark Pact if you have an Imp out, Life Tap if you don't have an Imp out. Depending on your playstyle, this may let you get by with only 1 keybinding for both Dark Pact and Life Tap.
/cast Dark Pact; Life Tap
I found this on warlock macros site, and what it does is it includes a pet as an option to cast a spell, so i was wondering, if there is anything similar I could use for Exorcism, since now it affects all pets, even from hunters, so that i would have something like /cast exorcism
/cast judgement of justice and how it should work is that if u have plyer as a target it would skip the casting from Exorcism, but if u have pet as a target it would use Exorcism and after it judgement, so u can have 2 ability with one keybind, i'm wondering if that even possibe and if, how? thanks in advance

I am not quite sure why you would bother bringing a pet down in heated PvP action but you could just do an alt/ctrl/shift modifier macro.
/cast Judgement of Justice
/cast Exorcism
So now clicking this macro will use Judgement of Justice default and if you hold alt while clicking it, it uses Exorcism.
And in regards to the warlock macro you found, it does not do what you are thinking. That macro if for warlocks only. It makes you cast Dark Pact if you have the pet Imp out and if not, then you cast Life Tap.

I was looking for a way to be used without mod something like /cast spell1; spell2
so it would be like this one, if u have a focus it casts spell1 on ur focus, otherwise casts spell2 on ur target

Then okay.. did you answer your own question or what?
I don't see what you want here.

You can't determine WHAT kind of target you have via a macro short of whether it's hostile or not.
The conditional checks YOUR pet, it does not work for targets. The only way to do what you're looking for is with a macro similar to what Breadzilla has already posted.
