in 41/30 CoA is all about MC uptime and, as such, isn't really optional.
as said above, that glyph choice is max dps glyphs, that simple.

Keep your Glyph of CoA, and I'm not entirely sure about whether or not Glyph of LT is better than Immolate at the moment, though. I'll leave that to someone else.
GoLT > GoCoA
It means a more complex rotation (Life Tapping every so often to keep the buff up), but the spellpower increase is phenomenal.

glyphs are slightly negiotable, using CoAg as 41.30 is
NOT NEGIOTABLE.
CoAg is your Mc proc tool, it's significantly more effective than corruption (ticks 50% faster).
glyphs of felguard, incin and life tap are your best bet.

no. at this point there are very few obvious, common sense choices. if you really look into the maths behind some of the glyphs the results can be quite surprising. if the theorycraft supported GoImmo over GoInc then you would still have posted that comment but the truth is that it's only common sense once you know the answer.
is 10% to immo better than 5% to incinerate?
is 6seconds of meta better than 4 seconds of CoA?
is 2 seconds off the CB cooldown better than 20% more imp damage?
the answers to these questions all needed to be fully thought through, none of them were 'common sense'. i think you're being overly condescending avime.

IIRC, CoD is only used in the deep destro rotation.

CoD is also used in Meta "rotation".
And Asakawa, these things ARE obvious. GoImmo is NOT better than GoIncin, not in Theorycraft, not in-game and not logically. The only Glyph that could possible be confusing is Life Tap, because unless we have our character sheets memorized we won't know how much Spellpower we will be getting from it.
If you have Recount and know how to open it up and see your DPS, what Glyphs you should be choosing are obvious.
As FG Ember, According to Recount:
Felguard does ~20% of my DPS.
Incinerate does ~60% of my DPS.
Immolate does ~10% of my DPS.
CoA does ~4%.
Corruption does ~3%.
Molten Core has 70% uptime
Obviously Felguard and Incin need to be taken, as they are my top DPS'ing abilities. MC has ~70% uptime, which is as good as it can get with 2/3 MC. That leaves one glyph spot which isn't obvious, however with a small chunk of common sense I can see that I would get ~200 Spellpower for simply adding Lifetap into my rotation. 200 Spellpower would be a MUCH larger DPS increase than 10% to immo, my third weakest spell.
Tada, I know what glyphs to take.

what i'm saying is that these things are more complicated than they might first appear and it's actually quite difficult to assess the worth of certain glyphs, even with a glance over recount.
well, this thread is about 41/30 and, you right, that FG and incinerate are pretty clear choices but the LT glyph really isn't, especially when you factor in lost GCDs and the effect of replenishment or even an innervate(on the ptr).
my post was taking this idea further, outside this particular build, where the glyph choices get more complicated. what's GoImmo's effect on conflag worth? what is 6 seconds of meta worth? what is a 2 second reduction on CB's cooldown worth? what is a 4% chance to proc an instant SB worth? all these things needed thought and theorycraft to determine.
i suppose i'm just saying that people are often too quick to call recieved opinions from trusted sources like EJ, simcraft or intelligent posters here (like irharry, blightman or dunsinane) as common sense. hindsight is 20/20 etc.
