Just saw the season finale of Dexter (Season 7)
Mind = Blown.
I never liked laguerta, specially given how backstabbing she was, and how she screwed over so many people to rise through the ranks, including deb all the way back to season 5. But still it was hard seeing her killed.
Damn, for a second there I honestly thought Deb was gonna shoot dex, and those flashbacks really make me miss Doakes. Yes he was a jerkass, but that doesn't mean I don't miss him.
Overall, Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C Hall are
DAMNED GOOD
actors, and their performances continue to amaze me more and more (And makes me wish Michael voiced any videogame character. Uff can you imagine a dark gritty anti-hero with Dexter's deep voice?)
And as usual this episode gave us a hillarious quote by everyone's favorite sex maniac, Masuka: "hey morgan, what kind of donut you choose says a lot about a man, hehehehe" then proceeds to grab the longest donut in the box.
Brilliant episode, for what was a brilliant season. Its gonna be pure agony having to wait for late next year for the next (and final) season. I was kinda hoping it would go on for at least 10 seasons, but I guess 8 is good enough.

Come on man, Firefly could had EASILY gotten enough seasons to make Star trek's popularity seem like a joke in comparison, but Fox never let it take off properly (To the point they aired the episodes out of order because they just didn't cared. At all)
That doesn't mean I can't wish other shows had several seasons. Dexter is one of the best shows I've seen in the past decade.
