No Life Crystal drop makes me sad. But being able to forge a demonite sword (Light's Bane) FTW. And Lens farming is stupid easy with a Magical Boomerang (got off first chest underground).

are).
But from a religious standpoint, I don't think parents have the right to mutilate their children's genitals, or any part of them, for purely theological reasons.
