Listen, I really do respect you guys. I really want to have this conversation. I'm not going to if this keeps up though.
I wasn't talking about you, you just acknowledged and said you changed your views on the naturalness of of homosexuality. He said that someone might not change their views after acknowledging that they were wrong. That's what I was talking about there, not you.
I see. I hope by now people see that I'm an open minded conservative.

Heterosexual sex with contraception is still a desire by heterosexual people for heterosexual sex. Working under the assumption that I was (before the evidence provided by Skreeran set me correct) working under, specifically that homosexual sex isn't natural, then heterosexual sex with contraception could still be considered a natural desire.
Furthermore, under my previous false understanding, a natural desire would be to have heterosexual sex without contraception. I think I remember reading something about how the porn industry doesn't use condoms because most people don't want to see them in their porn. I might've used this as evidence toward the fact that while heterosexual sex with contraception might be as pointless as homosexual sex, it might also have been as unnatural, just as it is pointless (errr... non contributory).
All of this is moot now, considering the recent turn of events....

Fact: World is overpopulated.

Opinion: Guys kissing is still one of the most disgusting things in the world. Them actually having sex isn't as bad.
I have a few gay friends. Don't mind their sexuality at all and we enjoy most of the same hobbies. They are well aware that I'm not gay and don't care to be persuaded and they feel the exact same way. No conflict of interest or my own moral standpoints. I have known some gay people that have been incredibly rude and/or annoying, but there's plenty of rude and/or annoying people in the world, regardless of sexuality, so no need to count that against them.
As far as the...cause? origin?...of homosexuality, I don't begin to speculate because it's something that I don't know how we could prove. I, personally, don't think it's something you are born into, but there are plenty of things that can happen in life to push you in a different direction than other people. This applies to religion and other life choices, not just homosexuality.

Ah, mountainy goodness. I've got a friend that lives in Tennessee, I'm supposed to go stay with him for a few days at some point.
I get attacked (read: they fly around near me) by cicadas any time I am outside for more than 2 seconds. I actually had one land on my back Monday morning and I carried it all the way too my desk without noticing it. It was pretty funny.
