Hmm... That is indeed very problematic. I think you should consider how many people will be playing Worgen compared to how many people will play Dwarf and choose the one you think will be least common.

Worgen are going to be freaking
everywhere
. But the Dwarf Warlock is a brand new combo, so it might be around as well.
Although dwarves are the least played race in the game, so I'll probably make a dwarf.

See? That wasn't too hard, now was it? Besides, Dwarves gets Warlocks. Worgen gets loads of classes, so you might consider rolling a Worgen with a different class later on and still get that "new" feeling from it, that you wouldn't get if you made a Worgen Warlock.
