Same. When it gets hot and clear here the sky and mountains fade out and look like an old photograph. Very harsh light.
I prefer autumn light myself. Gives the impression of a professionally taken photograph.

Meh, the games are all technically the same lol; only difference is another 100 pokemon or so.
They all have the evil enemy group: Team Rocket, Team Aqua, Team Fire and so on.
They all had the legendary type.
They all had the rival.
After Red, Blue and Yellow, they made the old rivals into either Gym Leaders or Champions.
All the games have the Elite Four... then the Champion fight after.
Also the best pokemon was always Mewtwo.

You'd have to find a patch for them anyway. The new games have an anti-piracy system that freezes the game after 20-25 actions or so.
