You can get cheap gems easily either from Honor (10k honor buys you one gem of any color) or from unneeded, obsolete emblems (once you're done gearing up with triumph gear, obviously...).
Head and Shoulder enchants (the ones you need to upgrade, everything else looks great, except weapon enchant that's not optimal, but the better one can be pricy, so who cares, really...) are obtained through reputation, not from the AH. Look at my earlier post linking the enchants you should aim for, for more information as to how to get them, but it's easy, really, especially now that you can buy Hodir rep with Triumph emblems and that rep enchants are BoA...

i don't dislike you. But you seem to push against the grain of everything and everyones experience.
Tier will be the best in terms of improvement. Therefore your point there is moot.
Your geming is off anyway. If you had read the guide, you would see that haste is very important. You have more intellect than you need, gem for SP + Haste.
You can't find those enchants panik posted above in the AH. You need to rep grind to get them.
If you start raiding, you need to improve everything. Which means more heroics. Since you decided against that, it's now going to take you longer to gear properly. You also need healing prayers.
Yes it does, because you need a seperate set of gear for each. If your raid healing in a raid, people will not take you wil hit gear on. Simple as. You can put that down to GS or whatever. They just won't do it.
Nor do i, but i do know an awful lot about a priest.

Hmm I never noticed that the Divine Hymn icon was actually a small harp with wings... I guess I never really looked closely at it.

Ha! yeah I actually like the icon so long as you see it enlarged... but when it's on my hot-bar it looks retarded. I think it should be like an open book exploding with holy light or something if it's truly a "divine hymn". In any case, it doesn't matter 'cause I mash the button once every few minutes (if even that) for that "sit back and watch the show" feeling.
Edit: Hllsi I did read your post before you deleted it. ;-) I think that the flats look fine enlarged, but who gives a poop when you can't see it in the game?

OK, Firstly your gear will not support the AoE build linked. The AoE build is for people with higher gear and more throughput without talented flash heal. Take the points out of Blessed Resilience and put them into empowered healing.
You haven't raid healed before, it is nothing like heroics. You will be casting your spells 5 maybe 6 times more than your use too. You want your Serendipity stacks always up for PoH. That means flash healing quite a bit. You want the mana cost as low as possible for flash heal as it will be your main filler spell. The HoT the you get from the PoH glyph is minimal and you won't notice it in your gear.
DPS might use lightwell in heroics, they won't in raids. It's up to you, but you won't need it.
One more thing I need to make sure. Do I really need to swap the holy spec to primary spec? I still really don´t see how it matters. I suppose I´m not the only healer with some hit gear at the start of raiding and the Holy Spec as the secondary spec.
Originally, no. However gear is now stupidly easy to get and if anybody see's you with hit gear on, they will think you lazy or that you don't know what your doing. You need to get rid of those ht items. You will be expected to have nearly everything you can get from the vendors such as tier. Or you just won't be invited.

I will spec the full AoE build mentioned in this guide. Then again I will have to ask, why glyph for Flash Heal, when it is not improved at all by the talents? SoL makes it mana free, too. So I would personally go for PoH glyph instead. That would mean more group healing and it suits the idea of full AoE spec, doesn´t it? Lightwell also supports the idea.
-Well, I've also asked the same questions and never was completely satisfied with the logic behind the replies I received, but try running with Glyph of PoH for a week or two, and look at your healing meters, see how much effective healing is actually done by the Glyph of PoH (mine was under 5%, so negligeable, but not completely useless), then compare with how many times you've cast FH. While it's true that the Glyph won't apply to SoL'ed FHs, it will still make you save a lot of mana, which can be spent on casting more non-Glyphed PoHs, overall, it should be more efficient to use Glyph of FH, but I'm one to think it really depends on how you play and the role you have, as well as who you're healing with. When healing with a Druid, Shaman or another Holy Priest, the HoT from the Glyph of PoH will be sniped, more often than not, by a Druid's HoTs, a Shaman's CH/AA or a Priest's PoH and CoH, even by your own...
So there would be my twist of the AoE spec and glyphing for raid healing. I hope it´s not horrible. ;-)

-Looks pretty good to me.
Panik8 mentioned the 4 set bonus for tier 9. Sounds great, I will get it. I enjoy renew.
-
I personally don't Renew much, I only keep it up on the tanks at all times, and on people taking constant damage from specific debuffs/DoTs, but again, it depends on your playing style, with 3/3 Imp. Renew, 3/3 Emp. Renew and 4 pieces of T9, Renew becomes much more interesting than the "vanilla" version. Especially considering you don't sound like one who spam Flash Heal much (if taking into consideration your point of view on Glyph of Flash Heal...), you might want to be using Renew (more specifically Empowered Renew) to proc Holy Concentration.
One more thing I need to make sure. Do I really need to swap the holy spec to primary spec? I still really don´t see how it matters. I suppose I´m not the only healer with some hit gear at the start of raiding and the Holy Spec as the secondary spec.
-
Doesn't matter. Don't worry about Hit Rating on gear either. Obviously, properly itemized gear of same level is better than anything with Hit, but when it comes to a well itemized lower level piece of gear vs higher level piece of gear with Hit, the piece with Hit can be a better option (or not...), a good example is the Triumph wand, while it has Hit Rating, it's better than most other wands.
Edit: ^^... Take what karlus said into consideration too.

Your spec looks fine. The tier 9 4 set make your empowered renew 15% + 1.5%, so its quite bad.
Really? I thought it was additive, not multiplicative... (15% + 10% = 25%) vs (15% x 110% = 16.5%), like I said, I never bothered getting it, but if arggh is right, ... that bonus is so weak it hurts.
