Classic:
The Hinterlands. My first 60 was my rogue, and during the quest for Sharpbeak, I had my most rogue-y experience. I stealthed to the top of the ziggurat (this was back when they were all elite), sapped one guard, stunned the high priestess, grabbed the egg, and hearthed back to Wildhammer Hold.
TBC:
None of it, really. I try to level through here as fast as possible. I found Nagrand to be pretty bland and lacking in personality. The only reason it stood out was because the rest of the zones were blasted hell-holes, which was appropriate considering this was in Outlands.
WotLK:
Sholazar basin was very cool, but Icecrown has to win. You knew you were in the heart of darkness when you entered this zone. Insanely angry looking undead giants, huge pits, amazing buildings, it was all awe inspiring. Everything here just reeks of the undead, cold, death, and really shows up the pitiless nature of Arthas, the Lich King.

Classic: Dustwallow Marsh
Outlands: Terokkar Forest minus the bone wastes. The one thing I love about this zone over the rest is how it sports a normal color template rather than the technicolor palette the rest seem to use.
Northrend: Storm Peaks

Classic: Winterspring. I ran around in the snow for ages looking at the footprints and wishing I could make snow angels.
TBC: a tie between Nagrand and Zangarmarsh. Love them both, so beautiful and I enjoy questing there very much.
WOTLK: Sholazar Basin. I would love to live with the Oracles but only if a few more snakes are made to go away.
My favourite scenery to look at is in one of my most-hated zones: Hellfire. The sky there is absolutely amazing and when I got a new video card, I flew around for ages just looking at it.

Classic:
Duskwood or Loch Modan. Duskwood because for Alliance, it was the first place you'd encounter a dark and gloomy atmosphere and I love it. Loch probably because when I started WoW on a trial account with a dwarf warrior, it just looked amazingly beautiful compared to Dun Morogh. OH, Eastern Plaguelands was nice too, because I LOVE Stratholme.
TBC:
Zangarmarsh or Netherstorm. Zangarmarsh because of the atmosphere, gotta love dark and damp places (with MUSHROOMS). Netherstorm because it was just plain cool, eco-domes were awesome.
WotLK:
Zul'Drak or Icecrown. Both because of the shadowy atmosphere (and Zul'Drak's trolls). Dragonblight might be a good one too, but that place lags like hell on my computer, I honestly hate the trees there lol...

Classic
: Arathi Highlands -
I like the open design of the zone, the nice variation on mobs and, of course, Stromgarde is classic
TBC
: Nagrand
WoLK
: Zul'Drak - This one kinda surprised me, because when I found out the trolls were getting their own zone (in addition to all the instances and other content they already have), I was ticked off. But the zone is designed so well (both in effeciency of leveling as well as the unique Incan design for the troll architecture) and the quests are so involving, I can't help it. ;-)
