Ok, lets give this a go :)
I was in BGs yesterday, and I found Focussed Attacks to be next to useless...
I was thinking of a spec along these lines->

What do you guys think :)
I have imp KS because i usually run 2 DPS i'd switch it to qucik recovery if i had a healer.
Edit: Deadened nerves seems useful now because it affects ALL damage.

Heightened Senses and Maxed Eviscerate are better than Setup and Blood Splatter.

Here's a small tidbit I'm curious about. I often find myself using something other than Kidney Shot as Mutilate as well. For example, Death Knights--I often find myself bleeding them with Rupture instead of trying to control them for long periods. This seems to work alright, but it's hard to tell with the explosion of DK players, etc.
I also find myself using Rupture on warriors and paladins since I gain so many combo points and their plate armor dents my Mutilate damage. Is Blood Spatter really so awful in PVP?
As for not having Imp. KS...I can't say I've done this in a PVP build. What do you guys think about that?

A smart player will usually trinket out of Kidney Shot, that's right. I've been pveeping with a practical raiding build myself, but that's a constant that one should expect from fellow PVPers. Perhaps I should check out a pure PVP build for Mutilate and see what exactly the differences are. Honestly, I'm not having a hard time in PVP with HFB. The most difficult situations consist of certain breeds of DK, paladins, and protection warriors.

i used to choose quick recovery, but i noticed irly never missed specials, and that theres a big 50% that they wont trinket cuz they are stupid or because they already used it, and because the horde fails on my server, i never get any heals, so yea, screw it.

well i dont recommend using it anywhere else but duels, cuz in arenas and bgs its all about bursting people down seconds, in bgs you dont really wanna be alone if you don't have some kick ass gear, cuz as soon as u find a paladin, or a warrior...uh oh, so then u start making it bleed to death, but u get roflstomped by someone else in the bg, and the warrior heals and problem solved.
so i prefer, try to burst him or don't try, wait for backup

This one is almost the same as the cookie-cutter. What I don't get is why you chose to not max out seal fate. Or why you took ruthlesness over imp. evis?

Seal Fate is pretty core to the set, am I correct? I was SF back in the day, and anything less than 5/5 was, well, unheard of.

Vile poisons is a necessity of all PvP builds. FA is all about preference IMO.
And Ruthlessness is fail in PvP.

Not so much fail, but there are certainly better options. Ruthlessness's primary usage is to smooth-out rotations, for instance if you're unlucky with RNG (seal fate, combat potency), which is not so much needed in pvp.
i Think its
HaT
build Much better

trust me)
2/3 ruthlesness is unneeded in a build overflowing with CP's as it is. You'll barely have energy to keep up SnD and rupture while evis-spamming. Ditch ruthlessness in favor of blood spatter (you should try to maximize rupture uptime), and lethality in favor of close quarter combat (and pick up a main-hand fist if you haven't already). Reaching aggression/blade flurry is the goal in the combat tree.
