Same, I've tired a lot of these fixes but none of them seem to work for the issue I am having. The wowhead tooltip comes up but the background is white instead of blue. It is impossible to read as is.

I have a specific question relating to Google Docs. As far as I'm aware there is no way to use javascript in Google docs, and I was wondering if there was anyway to have ability mouseover tooltips in a Google Docs document.

Ok so, I installed wowhead tooltips on my site (stormspire.net) about 2 years ago. The way it works, currently, is that I wrap ITEM tags around an item name (or number) and everything is taken care of, INCLUDING item quality/color.
Problem is, I don't remember how I did this. I
do
have a folder on my server named "wowhead", it contains a variety of files and folders. Did I get this from the old wowhead-tooltips.com?
I'm launching a new Drupal site, and only the tooltips are working, the links aren't being recolored. It would be nice to have the color done automatically.
Any idea?

Just updated to the "new" version of the tooltip plugin and the icon and renaming is awesome, however the recoloring of text assumes a dark background making text unreadable on my guild forums.
Is there any way to easily globally override the plugin quality colors so that I can still use the recolor option but get readable darker shades of the colors?

Is there any chance we would be able to use reforges in custom tooltips similar to how we can specify enchants/gems/etc? Basically, I have a few pages that draws data directly from the armory's API, and it also includes reforge IDs, so would like to show those as well.

Trying to switch from the battlenet armory widget my phpbb forums use to wowhead's. The documentation was great but seems outdated. The 3.0 phbb link is
here
. But the required step one of the folder to DL for your forums is no longer there. Any assistance available?

Hey you guys, long time lurker here! :3
So I stumbled across this
awesome
feature, but I'm kinda wondering if there's some way to get the icons next to the name of the items(for example) to be larger? 19x19 pixels is kinda tiny. :)

If anyone is still using crackpots mod from wowhead-tooltips (
here
) there is an updated MoP version that can be found at
Github
.

I have a question about using the tooltips.
1) Is there a license as to using this? i.e. Do I have to have the "Powered by WoWHead" logo or something?
2) If there is a license (or not) is it within reasonable use a modified version?
I've been working on a tool and to make my life easier I have hijacked (for want of a better word) the $WowheadPower.registerSpell function to fetch a spell's icon through Wowhead... Is this allowed? or must I get make own icons, etc?

for those want images and colored item links use this inside of your "headers"
<script type="text/javascript" src="
http://static.wowhead.com/widgets/power.js"></script>
<script>var wowhead_tooltips = { "colorlinks": true, "iconizelinks": true, "renamelinks": true }</script>
renames links
colors them
AND
adds icon to begining of links.

You should also add
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/sports-a-games/world-of-warcraft-game/23890
to the list :)
This is what we use for our guild website & I love it!
