weeellll , firstly...if sarcasm needs to be explained to some people on here then OH BOI... secondly..it's not like any buff or nerf to ONE trait is gonna change anyone's gameplay massively ... so why not take a chill pill and ride this final patch out till we hit what we are ALL rrrrreaally waiting for hmmm? ALSO calling farming 5 million gold for a mount "just a cosmetic change" is downright insulting

The nerf would be welcomed if it buffed other 2-3 traits (crit,mastery,gutripper) so that we dont have to pick overwhelming power all the time so we can play with more configurations.However , this nerf not assisted by some buffs of other traits........its just bollox.

The trait is still better than most despite these changes. Don't really see a reason to choose this over azerite globules or something yet.

Probably not. Why would they? Some eat whatever is delivered regardless and ask for extra. Just like this for example:

Whoever hasn't bought it probably doesn't care about it... The AH functionality is highly overrated, same as the "AH in garrison" back in the day was (never bought that anyway, parking lvl 1 alt at AH and muling stuff to it was always sufficient for my needs).

If we are at the part of imparting domestic wisdom...you have some chairs, most with shorter legs than needed, one at proper dimensions. You use the saw so all will be improper, would you?

For crying out loud, stop nerfing %^&* in the very last patch of the expansion....... It's been the way it is for almost 2 years, why change something that was positive into a negative now?
If you're this bad at understanding how the game works, you really don't need to worry about changes like this.
Look up what scaling is. Overwhelming Power in 8.3 is not currently in the game and has not been for 2 years.

If we are at the part of imparting domestic wisdom...you have some chairs, most with shorter legs than needed, one at proper dimensions. You use the saw so all will be improper, would you?
Except overwhelming power was better than 15 ilvl in patch 8.2 already for most specs. It was better than spec specific azerite for some classes.
Overwhelming power was a chair with 4 foot tall legs on it, growing bigger with scaling in 8.3.
They should also buff some of the worst performing traits in that tier, the but midrange ones were the proper height.

Crit and gutripper are often the #2 and #3 choices. OP should be nerfed closer to parity with these.
Other talents should be buffed up to parity as well, but the ones you listed for buffs are the balanced ones.

Overwhelming power is on gear right now. Been like that since the expansion came out. All this does is make the one good trait !@#$ so it is just as *!@# as the other traits.Other traits are still bad, but you've got the illusion they are better. Overall, you're just worse off and anyone with OP on their gear suddenly is worse off.
