Face-change is a pretty neat idea. (Especially with some of the new faces...^^) But whatever happened to the idea that players can choose between using the new character-models and the old ones?

That's still in! There's an option under Settings for you to view old models, sometimes I turn mine back on in beta :)

I agree--changing skin color would be nice, as it changes lip colors, which then in turn can really change the mood of a face.

Love the barber shop change..now give me the option for skin changes and i am golden :)..we have it for tauren and pandas ..should be easy for the rest of the toons as well..lol..i want a tan after all my years outside saving the world

They could have announced this barbershop feature long ago and saved everyone from worrying about the new faces. Before this news, some people were afraid to make alts because you could get stuck with a new face you do not like with no way to change it.

Obi-wan kenobi must work at Blizzard in regards to the face changes: "I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.". Since everyone was so worried about not having their ideal face at launch.

Most of this looks great, but I'm kind of puzzled by the change to Vendetta. Why did they feel the need to remove the damage boost from unusual sources (e.g. engineering bombs)? The last time I heard a dev talk about Vendetta it was to say that they felt it was lackluster, and that Assassination could benefit from a more signature ability. Then this happens... I don't get it.
