It should also be worth mentioning that with the
Shattered Sun Pendant of Might
, being Aldor Exalted makes this item INSTANT T6 quality IMO.
A 200 AP proc for 10 seconds that has NO internal CD, and has a seemingly high proc rate (At least 5%) is NOTHING to be taken lightly. The Scryer proc is trash (In my expert opinion), and Scryer Hunters may consider grinding Aldor rep to get exalted with Aldor.

Well, Sain, I considered adding most of the items you mentioned above, then decided against it.
Too many alternative are bad >_<

Then start replacing crap items with some of the ones I suggested, like the cloak of impulsiveness.
If you're using a level 66 item when you're level 70, wanting to raid with me, and could get better with a bit of effort, then there's no way in hell I'm going to take that person to a raid with me.
Yet ANOTHER thing you should also add, since you're going with enchants and whatnot, is gems.
AGI gems would be a natural, but at lower gear levels, AP/crit gems might actually be better. And no, I could really care less if straight AP gems don't scale with kings. At that gear level, AP is arguably better.
