Submit a ticket...you will need to know approx when you got the achievement however.

If you're positive you got the achievement than you can always try submitting a ticket as lonewolfe suggested, but you probably shouldn't get your hopes up as they normally don't grant achievements unless it's a known bug.

GMs can do nothing, I once should have gotten "flurry" from eye if the storm but was told "sorry we're unable to grant achievements good luck getting again" ...that was 3 yrs ago...I've still not been able to get it again ;_;
